PEP MINI NETBALL FESTIVAL

PEP continued its investment in empowering young girls through sport with a PEP mini Netball Festival held at Rustdene Sports Grounds in Beaufort West on 8 August, bringing young players together for a day of netball, learning and fun. The festival gave young players the opportunity to take part in interactive activities and friendly matches, while developing their skills, building confidence and enjoying the game alongside their peers. As Women’s Month continues, the festival highlighted the importance of creating opportunities for young girls to grow through sport, helping them develop confidence, teamwork and leadership from an early age. As part of the nationwide PEP mini Netball programme, the festivals continue to strengthen grassroots netball and create opportunities for the next generation of young girls to aim high.
