The world cup opening game saw a huge boosting as football supporters were treated to the best ever hosting experience by CASTLE LAGER.

Bafana- Bafana opening game was nothing else but the most disappointing game as seen by the local fans and former soccer legend who braced the cold Gauteng weather to come and scream the lungs out for their most belovered soccer team. The venue was electrifying , with Castle Lager beverage all over the decorated tables.

Although Bafana suffered a 2-0 loss to Mexico,supporters continue to dance to their favourite tunes to dance their sorrows away.Bafana-bafana player Mohau Nkota attributed bafana loss to time zone and altitude, the boys did not have enough time settle down and get used to the weather pattern and geographical factors at large. Members of the respective club supporters gave blame to the coach selection, the team carried more defenders than strikers to the tournament.

Despite the team poor performance Nkota remain upbeat about the Bafana to find their form back. The Castle Larger viewing event reflected the unwavering support South Africans continue to show for their national team.Win or lose South African remain optimistic to the betterment of their team, the next coming games will better taken care of better managed unlike the opening one.
